Terms of Business

Prices:
Please call, fax or send an email for prices giving your complete particulars.This will help us to respond promptly. Prices will be guaranteed for 90 days.

Do not forget to mention if you are a business. We welcome and encourage distributors.

Orders & Delivery:
Orders should be sent by fax, phone or email. All orders are subject to our confirmation when we will inform you about delivery schedule. Items in stock will be shipped within 2-3 days.

Freight & Shipping:
We will be happy to suggest the most economical method of transportation. We will ensure that you are not at any significant disadvantage when you buy from us freightwise relative to other sources.

U.S. customers do not have to do any paper work for customs or pay any custom duty. Other taxes, if applicable, will be charged.

Terms:
Net 30 days for qualified accounts. New business accounts are requested to send name of their bank and two credit references such as other suppliers. All information is confidential.

Returns and Guarantees:
We offer 45 days unconditional guarantee on any product sold by us but you must contact us first before returning. The goods being returned must be unused and in new condition.

All goods ordered in error are subject to 10% restocking charge.

Insurance:
We can arrange for insurance at your cost.

Damage of Loss:
Our liability ceases after the goods are handed to the carriers. Please inspect all shipments the day they are received. Any shipment apparently damaged must be reported on the consignee copy of the freight bill at the time of delivery or claim may be disallowed. Any concealed damage must be reported within 5 working days. Please retain the merchandise in the original packing pending its inspection by the carriers.

Dasign changes:
We reserve the right to change the design or material of construction used in any item. Demensions given in the catalogue are approximate only which can vary if the design is altered.
