For using “D” flash light cell as small, low-voltage power source in the science laboratory, kits etc.

Consist of two plastic bobbins wound with enamelled copper wire and mounted on each arm of a soft iron U-core. Each of the bobbins is fitted with two 4mm socket binding posts. Includes an armature with hook to be used as a lifting ring. Operates on 3-6 Volts D.C. Overall length 100mm.

For a range of basic experiments such as electric doorbell experiments in science laboratory.
Made of plated pressed steel gong diameter 6.8mm. Total length 15.5cm. Works on 3V dry cells. Coils are enclosed under a removable plastic cover with 4mm socket terminals.

For studying the functions of the basic parts of electric motors and demonstrating how electrical energy is converted into mechanical energy.
Comprised of a 2-pole D.C. armature with coils and mounted in an aluminium bracket with two binding posts and 4mm socket binding post terminals. The armature is held on brass cone bearings and a shaft fitted with split commutator. Complete with two permanent magnets in adjustable holders mounted on bakelite base (l x w), about 173 x 97mm. Works on 6V D.C. power source.

Comprised of a permanent magnetic needle, 15 cm, free to rotate at the center of an aluminium frame suitably connected to permit current to flow over or under the needle in either direction.
